The course trains young experts in the human resources field, with technical coordination and management skills, implementing search and selection plans, as well as training and increasing the potential of corporate staff both in SMEs and in complex large companies. Moreover, the core of the course focuses on HR administration skills including management of attendance and payroll using the most common software, and data analysis.
